The Institute for Bank Personnel Selection (IBPS) is an autonomous entity established to design and implement best-in-class personnel selection and appraisal processes for various client organizations. The establishment of the institute is based on the philosophy of speed, accuracy and confidentiality in all its activities and seeks to achieve this by combining modern technology and academic knowledge.

IBPS provides its services to all public sector banks, SBI, RBI, NABARD and IDBI, which are permanent members of the IBPS Association.
