India’s National Apprenticeship Program is a one-year program that equips technically qualified youth with the practical knowledge and skills needed for their jobs. Apprentices are trained by organizations at their workplace. Trained managers with well-developed training modules ensure that trainees learn the job quickly and skillfully.
