Catalyze the socio-economic development of India’s most disadvantaged groups, i.e. H. of the Scheduled Tribes (ST), in a coordinated and planned way, as an effective tool for their holistic empowerment. MISSION To provide quality education for children of the ST by establishing Eklavya model housing schools to give them access to higher education and vocational training courses and employment in various sectors.

Provide them with opportunities comparable to those of the non-TS population, thereby promoting the overall development of the country’s tribal people. GOAL Provide quality primary, secondary and tertiary education for ST and PVTG students in predominantly tribal areas with extracurricular activities for their general development.

Management of annual disbursements to support infrastructure development, provision of facilities, deployment of human resources and dissemination of information through websites, etc. Effectively manage EMRS and its expansion.
