Age Limit
- Minimum Age Limit for all other Posts except for the post of Foreman Marine: 21 Years
- Minimum Age Limit for Foreman Marine: 18 Years
For Others (Candidates not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s and BCMs):
- Maximum Age Limit for Assistant Engineer (Industries), Foreman (Marine), Librarian Grade I Posts: 37 Years
- Maximum Age Limit for Chemist: 33 Years
- Maximum Age Limit for all Other Posts: 32 Years
For BC (OBCM)s, BCMs, MBCs/DCs, SCs, SC(A)s and STs:
- Maximum Age Limit for Assistant Engineer (Civil): BC(OBCM)s, BCMs, MBCs/DCs-34 Years, SCs, SC(A)s, STs-37 Years
- Maximum Age Limit for all Other Posts: No maximum age limit

Application Fee
- Examination Fee: Rs. 100/-
- One Time Registration Fee: Rs. 150/-
- Fee Concession for Ex-Servicemen: Two free chances
- Fee Concession for Persons with Benchmark Disability, SC, SC(A) and ST, Destitute Widow: Full exemption
- Fee Concession for Backward Classes: Three Free Chances
- Payment Mode: Through Online by Net Banking / Credit card / Debit card
