About TN PWD Recruitment 2023 – 500 Graduate & Diploma Apprentice Apply Online Best Indian Government Jobs

As recommended by the Human Power Science Committee, in the post-independence period from the then Government of India Department of Education under a scheme known as the Practical Training Scholarship Scheme (Schedule PTS).

Under this program, a limited number of engineering/technology graduates and industry diploma holders have been trained on hands-on training courses with a monthly stipend. The PTS program was purely voluntary and the salary paid to the trainees was fully funded by the Government of India and the program was administered directly by the Ministry of Education of the Government of India at the time.
