The Teacher Qualification Test, known as TET, is the minimum qualification required for appointment as a GradesI–VIII teacher inIndia. The test is compulsory for teaching positions in publicschoolsinIndia.Similarly,afterUPTET,theUP government introduced another qualification called Super TET.[1] TET is administered by both the central and state governments of India.
Most states operate their own TFW.[2] The test is administered to meet the objectives of the Children’s Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act 2009. The TET certificate is valid for life.Sample Exam The CTET examconsists of two tests. The first point is for students who want to become teachersingrades 1-5 and the second is for students who want to teach students ingrades 6-8.
The Central Teacher Qualification Test (CTET) was introduced when the National Councildetermined the minimum qualifications for teaching gradesI to VIII in July 2011, in accordance with the provisions of Article23(1) of the RTE Act.
Successfulcompletionof the ETT,administered in accordance with NCTE guidelines, is aprerequisite for appointment as a teacher at any of the schools referred to in Section2(n) of the Children’s Right to EducationAct. Free and Compulsory Education (RTE).Law).Adda Teachers Result 2022 The National Ministry of Human Resources Development hasdelegated responsibility for the Central TeachingQualification Test (CTET) to CBSE Delhi, which administers the CTET twice a year.
The CTET is offered in 20 Indian languages. About14,000 candidates apply for the exam. The 13th edition of the CTET tookplace on December 8, 2019 in 110 Indian cities. There are two elements:Homework1 for teachers ingrades1-5 and Homework 2 for studentsingrades6-8.
Applicants must achieve a minimum of 60% to become CTET qualified and the certificate is valid for life. Successful applicantsare eligible to apply for teachingpositions in grades1-8incentralgovernment schools (KVS, NVS, Central Tibetan Schools, etc.) and schools under the administrative control of UnionTerritories(UT) Chandigarh, Dadra and Nagar. Haveli, Daman and Diu and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and the National Capital Territory of Delhi (NCT). The exam is demandingandthepassrate of previous exams rangesfrom1% to 14%.
