This represent sanincrease of 1.3%fromthe revised estimate of 199,999.55crore. In March 2008 there was a debate on whether packaged food(e.g. biscuits) should be part of the food served.Opponents, including Nobel laureate Amartya Sen, protested, saying it wouldbe the only food children wouldeat. There are still opportunities to expand partnerships with the private sector.
